We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day, excluding major holidays. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. Please note that order charges are processed at the time the order is placed, regardless of availability. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. If an item is back-ordered and you choose expedited shipping (example: next-day or second-day air), the item will ship at that speed once it becomes available; shipping will not be refunded because of time spent in waiting for the item to become available.
