Delivery Time: While the majority of items we ship are delivered in as little as 1-3 business days, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you, including expedited shipping options, by APX PERFORMANCE or other parties only as an estimate. Please do not schedule installation personnel or services until the product arrives.
International Shipping: Rates and delivery times vary by country. International orders may encounter increase shipping or wait times due to customs. Only the receiver is responsible for any duties, broker fees, tariffs, taxes, or any additional costs that may be incurred during international shipping.
Title to Products Shipped: all items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Unforeseen Delays: APX PERFORMANCE shall not be liable for delays or prevention of delivery due to local restrictions, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of God, which may include, but is not limited to, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and/or mechanical difficulties.
